November 29th, 2021 Weekly Update - Bushiroad Buybacks
Hello Everyone!
We at SBTCG have another weekly update for everyone. Hopefully, you've all had a great November! It feels like it was just yesterday that I was making Kaguya playsets and orders, time flies by quick. I, for one, hope to see some snow this December, instead of the slush and rain that the BC Lower Mainland usually brings.
Floods in the BC Interior are starting to wrap up, but we are still seeing a lot of damages due to them. Expect to see some delays with orders going to most places in Canada until the floods are fully resolved.
I'd also like to thank everyone who ordered on our TCGPlayer during Black Friday. We had a sale earlier in the month, so we did not do a Black Friday sale ourselves. Now let's get into the updates!
Bushiroad Buybacks
Recently, we have found ourselves to be a lot busier than usual, so we will be halting our buybacks program for Bushiroad items for the coming month. We will detail when the buyback program is available again, for now we will not be purchasing any Bushiroad product for buybacks. (Local drop-offs will be exempt from this) We are, however, still currently taking Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh collections for buyback, if you have some of these items in your collection and are looking to send them in, contact us here: buybacks@strictlybrokentcg.ca.
Date A Bullet
I am eager to say that Date A Bullet playsets will be going out on schedule, if you've made an order for it, expect to see a tracking number on Friday! If you have not then get your playset of Date A Bullet, foil or non-foil, here! Act quickly, there's only a few foil playsets left available and once they're gone, they will be gone. Don't forget to use your favorite sponsored player discount code for 5% off your order!
Shipping Information
Holidays are coming up, so make sure to get your orders in early! As with many people ordering their items online, there is a possibility of delays if you order them later.
There's is expected to be about a 3-4 business day delay for orders during the holidays, it could be longer if it's international, so if you want your cards earlier we recommend using our DHL Express shipment option or ordering your cards before all the hype happens.
Unfortunately, there has still been no update to the situation in Australia and New Zealand. We will still be operating under restricted options for shipments to these areas, meaning untracked letter mail will still be delayed and shipments will be sent via Asendia.
Most other countries are unaffected, but if you have any more questions about shipment methods, send an e-mail, during the weekdays, to questions@strictlybrokentcg.ca and we'll get back to you within a day.
This is everything for our weekly update, don't forget to follow this blog, our Facebook Page, our Instagram, and our Twitter for all of our updates!
